Renting out my charming little studio apartment as I am out on a long sailing trip and the apartment will be empty. The rental period is until further notice, with the possibility to extend or take over the first hand contract from my current landlords depending on how long my sailing trip takes. Situated in an old villa in Storängen which doubles as a bed and breakfast. About a 6 minute walk from Ica, Willys, and nacka forum, it's about 100 meters from the bus that takes you directly to Slussen. The apartment is located in the main house but has its own entrance, and a tvättrum is located around the corner in the basement of the main house. There's a small bathroom, a 140 size bed, and a kitchenette with a full stove/oven. Included in the rent are all utilities, including heating, wifi, and water. Photos taken just before deposit is required and a letter of recommendation from a previous landlord or coworker who can vouch for you. Dogs are also welcome!
