We’re renting out our well-maintained, fully furnished guesthouse with complete amenities. You won’t be sharing any spaces with us. The space feels bright and open thanks to high ceilings and large windows. Sleeping Queen-size bed (160×200 cm). Space is efficiently utilized as the bed is set in the loft above the bathroom. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with stove, cookware, cutlery, plates, etc. Small fridge/freezer. Microwave oven available. Bathroom / laundry room Under-floor heating, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sink and vanity unit have been recently updated. Outdoor space Private patio/balcony with table and chairs. Storage Built-in wardrobe wall with large mirrors. Additional storage in the cellar beneath the house is also available. Heating & cooling New air-conditioner for heating and cooling. Underfloor heating in the entrance and bathroom. Public transport Around 4 minutes’ walk to the bus stop. From there, it takes around 40 minutes to Slussen and around 50 minutes to Cityterminalen (depending on traffic). Depending on the route, you may reach the city faster with one transfer. During weekday rush hours, buses typically run every 5–10 minutes; otherwise every 20–30 minutes. Parking Plenty of parking available. Area Quiet residential area close to green areas and lakes. Two shopping centers with grocery shopping nearby: Orminge Centrum and Gustavsberg Centrum (about 10 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by bus). Utilities & internet (included) Electricity, water, high-speed internet (250 Mbps) and garbage collection are included, based on normal/regular usage. If the actual consumption is significantly higher than normal, we may need to adjust the utility part to reflect the real cost. Any adjustment will always be discussed in advance. Notes - Smoking is prohibited indoors. - Please provide proof of stable income or studies. - Tenant is expected to have their own home insurance (hemförsäkring). - Furnishings and details may vary slightly from the pictures (e.g., wall art, plants, appliances may be updated).
