From the balcony, you can enjoy the sight of majestic oak trees, while the kitchen window features an expansive sky view with a preschool and Nacka churchyard below. This bright and airy apartment gets plenty of natural light—morning sun fills the kitchen and one bedroom, while the living room and smallest bedroom catch the afternoon glow. The master bedroom stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter, making it comfortable year-round. The entire apartment was freshly painted in 2025. There's no shortage of storage: a large hallway closet, two roomy closets in the master bedroom, and another smaller one in the second-largest bedroom. The living room has classic parquet flooring, while the rest of the apartment features durable linoleum. There is a small, private storage room in the basement, empty and free to use. There is a bicycle room adjacent to the in-building recycling area and an easily accessible stroller room. The kitchen is well-equipped with two tall fridge/freezer units (perfect for families) and a midsize dishwasher. While there are no in-unit laundry machines, the shared laundry room has large machines and it’s usually easy to book a time when needed.
