Hej! Nu hjälper jag min pappa att hyra ut mitt gamla rum i vårt radhus då nuvarande inneboende nu flyttar till egen bostad. Huset ligger i Älta. Rummet är ett stort rum på ca. 15 kvm och kommer hyras ut från och med 18 maj och helst minst 1 år framåt om allt funkar fint! Men det funkar även att hyra kortare period. Hyran är på 5000kr. Radhuset är två våningar och på övervåningen finns två sovrum och ett badrum. I det ena sovrummet bor Uno som plugga. Du delar badrum och dusch med honom. Tvättstuga finns i huset bakom. Vi delar på kök. Busshållsplatsen ligger 50 m från dörren och bussarna går dygnet runt och närhet till centrum. 10 minuter till Gullmarsplan.
